Located at 1014 Bellefonte Road in Flatwoods, Avid Health at Home proudly provides trusted in-home care services throughout Greenup County and the surrounding northeastern Kentucky communities. Our conveniently located office allows our caregivers to efficiently support families across the region with dependable, personalized care at home.
Through the Kentucky Home and Community-Based Waiver (KY HCBW), we provide Attendant Care and Personal Care services for everyday support with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. Flatwoods is also one of our offices offering Skilled Home Health Services, including physical therapy, skilled nursing, and home health aide care, for clients whose needs go beyond non-medical support.
